Working with the executive team, the board establishes Prepaid Medicare Services Limited's Vision, Purpose, and Values. It ensures patients receive the best care possible within an affordable, sustainable health care system.
Our Board decides our strategy. They’re responsible for ensuring we have the resources, risk approach, controls, and governance we need to deliver it. Together, the Board sets our values and, along with the Group Executive Committee.
